- Abstract
The article reviews fifteen social experiments and their impact on marriage and cohabitation in the U.S. It examines policy interventions in areas including early childhood education, human capital development, workforce training and income support which were found to have improved economic standing and increased marriage among target men and women such as Career Academies, New Hope and Opportunity NYC.
