- Abstract
The article provides an overview of Parents and Children Together (PACT), an evidence-based neurocognitive habilitation approach to treatment for children six to 12 years of age in foster or adoptive care who meet criteria for a diagnosis within the fetal alcohol spectrum. Topics include treatment curriculum, contributing factors to the success of the PACT curriculum, and implications for the child welfare system.
