- Title
SOUTH AFRICA: ANC Policy Meeting.
- Abstract
The article reports on the victory of South Africa President Jacob Zuma to manage to see off the most serious challenges to his authority. It notes that all the issues related to policy and succession are to be discussed at the African National Congress's National Elective Conference in 2012. It indicates that Zuma and his allies tried to focus debate on a state tribunal to regulate the media and an Information Bill which ANC officials claim would protect state secrets.
