- Abstract
The article evaluates the court case "Allstate Ins. Co. v. Taylor," related to coverage question of uninsured motorist. In this case, issue of whether claimant under father's uninsured motorist endorsement was a member of his father's household was a coverage question for the arbitrator under the arbitration clause of the endorsement. The court held that the parties had agreed to submit all disputes arising under the uninsured motorist endorsement to arbitration. Finally, the court ruled that twenty-six year old claimant, who was working for his doctorate and was teaching at a university, was a member of his father's household.
