- Abstract
In functional grammar, all the linguistic units of language that is defined as communication medium, and the relation between those units are analyzed and described by their function. In functional analysis, it is essential to be flexible and comprehensive by considering each language's uniqueness rather than starting analysis with general description rules. It is observed that ongoing discussions on the definitions and examples regarding causativeness are sourced by predefined constraining description rules. General rules regarding causativeness for a particular language may cause conflicts in defining causative structures in another language. Therefore, in analysis of a text which is reflecting characteristics of a language, it is considered more relevant to make factual evaluations in line with the characteristics of each text rather than referring predefined rules. In linguistic analysis based on morphologic approach, it is observed that characteristic aspects of causative structures are evaluated as the rules determining scope and borders of causativeness. Constraining aspects regarding causativeness cause presence of examples which do not exactly coincide with predefined causativeness criteria along with challenges in analysis in the Kyrgyz language or in analysis between relative languages such as Kyrgyz and Turkish. It is observed that the structures explaining causativeness are built by morphologic, lexicological and analytic methods. Not only such kind of morphological examples but also lexical and analytical ones can be in seen in the Kyrgyz language. In this study, the objective is to construct a functional semantic field as an abstract imagination in line with "meaning to form" approach in linguistic for causativeness concepts in Kyrgyz.
