- Abstract
The inscription E 6 Barik II of Yenisey inscriptions, explained by some scientists as the inscription erected for woman. Reason for this is explanation of the words pasts in the name of the person in memory inscription erected and other lines in this inscription. However, there is the phrase kuyda kunchuy which indicating the owner's wife in this inscription. And the words described as belonging to the womans by previous lingusits can be explained as belonging to the mans. In this article were discussed the causes suggesting that this inscription was erected to the women. In this study, has been proposed that the word read in the form of küni and reviewed as second wife may be read as köni and explaıned as accurate, honest. Some scientists who have worked on this inscription before translated and ınterpreted compound verb kishi kıl- as make a wife, to marry. In accordance with the results obtained in this and others has been suggested that the inscription planted in memory of the male person named Köni Tirig. According to our studies in this explained that Köni Tirig's father died when Köni Tirig was three years old. And described that his uncle trained and raised him. In the last line the deceased says that he departed from his wife who stayed in home.
