- Abstract
The article describes the case of a possible association of bilateral sixth nerve palsies with arsenic trioxide (ATO) in a 30-year-old female patient diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). Topics discussed include brief information on APL, treatment regimen of the patient from December 1 to 14, 2014, evaluation of potential sign of central nervous system (CNS) involvement, and side effects of ATO in newly diagnosed APL patients.
