- Abstract
The article presents a study that aims to describe the clinical presentation of 23 Nova Scotia duck trolling retrievers (trollers) that have probable steroid-responsive meningitis-arteritis (SRMA). The study performed haematology and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis of the acute phase of the disease in various Swedish clinics. Results demonstrated similar SRMA clinical signs to other breeds and has good response rates to treatment using corticosteroids.
