- Title
RCVS advice for visiting polo team vets.
- Abstract
The article reports that the Royal College of Veterinary Medicine (RCVS) recommends the veterinarians who visit Great Britain with a polo team to register with the Royal College. The recommendation defines the rule within the Veterinary Surgeons Act of 1966 after a meeting with Hurlingham Polo Association and RCVS was carried out. According to RCVS Council member Richard Stephenson, the action aims to assure that the visiting veterinary surgeons will work in any collaborative conditions.
