- Abstract
The article discusses the issue of a child born during a valid marriage who is not the biological child of the husband with dissolution of marriage and legal rights. It cites the decision by the Florida Supreme Court on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services vs. Privette regarding the due process clause of born legitimate. It states that the police has guiding principle that holds a person to support for a minor child with no legal duty.
