- Abstract
The article discusses the 2014 U.S. Supreme Court case National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) v. Noel Canning which deals with American President Barack Obama's decision to appoint three members to the nation's NLRB while America's Senate was on a three-day recess in January 2012, and it mentions the history of the country's NLRB. A proposed amendment to the NLRB's enabling statute is examined, along with the efforts to correct the NLRB's membership problems.
