- Abstract
The article presents the use of subpeonas by the grand jury for the investigation of a prosecution. It discusses the working of the subpoenas with reference to the era of digital information called "Bio Data" stored for the court rulings and commentators and also discusses the reasonable standards set by the grand jury for the subpeonas. Information on the case law regarding the request of digital data by the subpeonas is also presented.
