- Abstract
In this article the authors comment on the single most vital factor which helps in deciding the management and determining the prognosis of neck and head cancer. The authors stated that though the presence of lymph node metastasis is considered the single most adverse important prognostic factor in head and neck cancer which is not always true. The authors said that decisions regarding the most suitable diagnostics and prognosis should be based on histologic type of the tumor.
