- Title
Analysis of Fracture Fault of Insulated Screw in Environmentally Friendly Gas-insulated Switchgear of 35 kV Substation.
- Abstract
The B-phase insulated screw of station-three switch in environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear of a 35 kV sub-station had a fracture fault, and by means of macroscopic inspection, material and performance analysis, thermo gravimetric analysis and X-ray detection, the reason for insulated screw fracture is analyzed. The test results show that the main reason for insulated screw fracture failure is that the assembly clearance is too small, and it is stuck and fractured after reciprocating action.
