- Title
Top-down Design of Understructure of a Large Rotary Drilling Rig.
- Abstract
Rotary drilling rigs are commonly used construction equipment in the construction machinery industry, with harsh construction conditions, and their structural stability directly affects the quality and progress of construction. There is a strong demand for large rotary drilling rigs with strong performance and easy operation in the markets such as Chongqing, Sichuan, Guangdong and Shandong. Based on the finite element simulation method, stress analysis is carried out on the understructures of several existing large rotary drilling rigs, and subsequent design scheme is proposed based on the stress-strain results.
