- Title
Power Matching Control Strategy for Negative-flow Excavators Based on Model Design.
- Abstract
In the construction machinery industry, excavators are widely used in industries such as infrastructure construction, mining and transport. In the process of operation, due to factors such as complex working conditions and uncertain loads, it is very likely to cause the situations of efficiency decrease and fuel consumption increase of the excavator. Therefore, a control strategy based on engine control and proportional solenoid valve current regulation is proposed. The strategy sets the base current and target current of the main pump solenoid valve according to different working modes, combines different percentage load rates of the engine and takes the PID-adjusted signals as input to effectively reduce the rotational speed fluctuation of the engine. In addition, by monitoring the working status of the excavator, the excavator is put in an automatic idling state when it stops working, which reduces the energy loss of the excavator.
