- Abstract
Appeal of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to the international academic community on the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Thus, many male researchers that Ukraine is not yet involved in hostilities may find themselves "trapped": on one hand, they cannot leave Ukraine to continue research in other countries, and, on the other hand, for the same reasons described above, they are unable to continue quality research in Ukraine. Accordingly, the six regions (cities) mentioned above, where the main academic potential of Ukraine is concentrated, namely the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv and Kharkiv and Sumy, which are close to the border with the Russian Federation, have been under attack and have suffered active hostilities.
