- Abstract
The article examines coronary microcirculation responses to vasoactive agents in patients with angiographically normal coronary arteries. Microcirculation function is assessed by intracoronary administration of adenosine triphosphate, isosorbide dinitrate and atrial natriuretic peptide. The methodology and clinical characteristics of the patients are described. It was concluded that endothelial dysfunction in patients with hyperinsulinemia and angiographically normal coronary arteries.
