- Abstract
Our work aims at understanding the impact of the social environment on the engagement and the willingness of learners in elearning training. Our empirical quantitative (256 people) shows that the social professional and training support (trainer and manager) are essential. It also highlight that learners' previous experiences, their relation to knowledge and their relation to technologies are all parameters to consider in the dynamic.
