- Abstract
The article interprets the judicial decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in the Matter of N-M-, which addresses the challenges of corruption in the U.S. It analyzes the shortcomings of the N-M- decision in relevance to the Refugee Convention under the asylum law in the U.S. It informs that this Convention support to anticorruption measures and oppose to corrupt governments through whistleblowing and other anticorruption activities across the world.
