- Abstract
The article looks at the relevancy of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that protects the right of the people to keep and bear arm in the twenty first century. Topics discussed include decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the "District of Columbia v. Heller" case involving Second Amendment; laws related to political and public discourse; and the Court's 1973 opinion in "Roe v. Wade" case.
