The article offers information regarding the impacts of Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act as a future comprehensive immigration reform. It mentions that several states including Wisconsin, Illinois, and California has passed federal legislation for the DREAM Act. Also discussed is the application of Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) or its statutory term Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Action (DA).
