- Abstract
An essay is presented on the policy issues associated to online behavioral advertising and its deceptive campaign tactics in the U.S. It analyzes the law encompassing voter fraud, suppression, and intimidation. It finds out that there is insufficiency in penalizing voter suppression, specifically at the federal level. It predicts voter suppression as a potential way of frustrating the active participation of voters in the electoral process.
