- Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of leader-member exchange LMX, managerial coaching behaviours MCB and it sub - dimensions, which are two different leadership approaches increasing in importance today, on organizational citizenship behaviour OCB and to reveal how these leadership approaches affect OCB. In addition, it was reported whether the research variables showed significant differences according to whether the employees and their managers received coaching training and the sectors in which the participants worked.MCB is an important concept in today's business life and is a factor that has been examined in a limited number of leadership studies. In addition, there is no study in the Turkish literature that examines MCB and LMX together. This study therefore differs from other studies in the field. The sample of the study consists of 404 employees working in large scale companies operating in the textile, food and health sectors in Adana. Coinciding with the Covid-19 pandemic during the study has created a constraint that complicates the data collection process. It was found that MCB, team approach and value people had an effect on OCB, MCB, facilitate development and LMX had no significant effect on OCB.
