- Abstract
The article provides an overview of the progress of the Royal Lesotho Lifesaving Association (RLLA) in Maseru, Lesotho from 2004 to 2008. Particular focus is given on the author's personal experience of teaching lifesaving techniques for students in the country. Other topics mentioned include the lack of swimming tradition in Lesotho, the provision of ILS Pool Lifeguard certificate, and the cost of swimming education.
