An essay is presented on the function of imaging, and the relationship between media and the human body, particularly in relation to the concept of virtuality. It explores the role of human body in the process of communication. It highlights the film "A Silence Full of Things," which represents a study of things and traversal that traces, tracks and looms a series of objects, including lace fabric, woman dressed in white lace, and angled view of naked feet walking a floor.
