- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28-year-old Korean man with a 3-year history of lesions. Physical examinations revealed erythematous to brownish xerotic patches on the face and neck. Skin biopsy was taken from the neck and revealed folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (MF). The article discusses MF which is a low-grade lymphoproliferative disorder, a common type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Folliculotropic MF is a rare and unusual variant of MF with atypical lymphocytes.
