The article explores whether or not a journalist can remain objective in multicultural societies as well as discusses media-related issues in multicultural societies and alternatives to objectivity. It provides an overview of the concept of multiculturalism as well as highlights issues in multicultural societies. Other topics related to varied and dynamic cultural identities as well as negative portrayal and stereotyping of the black communities are presented.
