- Abstract
The article considers how fault-based principles can impose liability on non-joint employers for denial of employee statutory rights. Topics discussed are discrimination and retaliation prohibited under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Americans with Disabilities Act, responsibility for the denial of minimum wage and overtime payment obligations under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and administrative law regime of the National Labor Relations Act.
