- Authors
GRAF, KONRAD
- Abstract
The article highlights the legal-theory concepts that have been deductively derived from the contextual awareness in respect for the theory and practice distinction. It mentions the contributions of Ludwig von Mises and his student Murray N. Rothbard on the identification of praxeology as foundation of sound economic theory while incorporating several economic theories. The significance of action-based jurisprudence towards the increasing logical consistency and clarity is also emphasized.
