- Abstract
Two case studies are presented for 70-year-old women who were dealing with front temporal lobar degeneration with motor neuron disease (FTLD-MND). Topics include One of the cases had oligodendroglial pathological phenotype with globular glial inclusions resembling multiple system atrophy (MSA); and TDP-43-proteinopathy should be considered in patients with rapidly progressive parkinsonism and dementia phenotype, especially when aphasia and weakness are present.
