- Authors
HENSE, RICK; GOLDEN, JOHN H; BURNETT, JENNIFER
- Abstract
The article explores the application of unproctored assessments at Bank of America. It highlights case studies regarding the risks and rewards of using and not using the unproctored Internet testing (UIT). A summary of the broader sense of the disadvantages and advantages of UIT that may assist others who may consider the decision is presented. It also discusses the two-step process of unproctored assessment and the challenges encountered in the implementation. The authors claim that the advantages outweighed the risks of using UIT.
