The article explores whether students' claims against school districts for peer-on-peer sexual harassment will cause schools to implement effective policies and procedures to reduce and prevent future incidents of sexual harassment. It mentions claims brought under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and schools can avoid learning about incidents of sexual harassment. It also mentions policies will emphasize prevention and education.
