- Abstract
The article provides information on the case of privacy violation related to retailer company Sears Holdings Corp. It informs that the U.S.Federal Trade Commission (FTC) indicated that Sear's pivacy disclosure was not enough. It further informs that to comply with the disclosure standards companies should aadopt privacy disclosure practices that include multiple pre-privacy policy disclosure linked to corresponding sections of a comprehensive privacy policy.
