- Authors
Marvit, Moshe Zvi
- Abstract
The article explores the dimensions, issues, and problems associated with the National Railroad Adjustment Board's (NRAB) Railway Labor Act (RLA) of 1926. It also examines the identity of NRAB based on the grounds of due process and state action over the court case Union Pacific Railroad v. Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineer & Trainmen General Committee of Adjustment, Central Region. Moreover, it attempts to identify the appropriate federal agency that can provide other basis for state action.
