- Abstract
A case study is presented that researched caregiving culture at organizations devoted to helping children overcome loss or traumatic experiences, focusing on ACH Child and Family Services Behavioral Care Program (BCP) in Fort Worth, Texas. The service helps transition children to foster homes, and the article discusses caregiver training in trauma response. Child behavior correction, Texas Christian University's (TCU) Institute of Child Development, and organizational change are mentioned.
