- Title
WMS-Anwender geht live: Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf.
- Abstract
The Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) has started live operations with the WorldShare® Management Services (WMS). The implementation of the cloud-based library management system began after the HZDR library's decision for WMS last year. The HZDR will also participate in WorldShare ILL, the world's largest interlibrary loan network. The Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf conducts research in the fields of energy, health, and matter, and operates large infrastructures such as the Ion Beam Center and the High Magnetic Field Laboratory Dresden. OCLC, a nonprofit global library organization, supports the HZDR in transitioning to WMS.
