- Abstract
The article examines the international liability regimes with respect to transport of oil by specialized ships, particularly the Civil Liability Convention (CLC), the Fund Convention, and their amendments. Also cited are the International Convention Relating to the Limitation of the Liability of Owners of Sea-going Ships, and the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to the Limitation of the Liability of Owners of Sea-going Vessels.
