- Abstract
A 29-year-old White woman presented to the labor and delivery unit due to preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). Gestational age was 32 weeks and 2 days by fi rst trimester ultrasound, which correlated with her last menstrual period. That ultrasound also confi rmed dichorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy.
