- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 11-year-old male suffering from spinal epidural haematoma (SEH). The patient was presented with spinal cord compression and an acute thoracic SEH after undergoing spine manipulation treatment (SMT) at a chiropractor. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the patient's spine showed a heterogeneous T1-weighted hypointense and T2-weighted hyperintense extradural lesions at T10 to T11 levels that caused acute cord compression.
