- Abstract
The anchor mechanism is the only function of the Y211 packer to provide support when setting the well, and the anchoring effect of the Y211 packer slips and casing directly affects the sealing performance of the packer. In order to solve the problem of whether the anchor mechanism is anchored when the packer is set, a full rigid simulation model was established through ADAMS to obtain the vibration response of the packer when it was anchored. Considering the influence of downhole conditions, noise was added to the vibration signal of packer anchor timing to simulate downhole conditions, and the orthogonal experiment was used to select the most suitable wavelet parameters to reduce the noise. Finally, the above simulation and the selected optimal wavelet parameters were verified through experiments. The results show that the extracted by simulation and test can be used to determine whether the anchor mechanism is normal; the optimal wavelet parameters can reduce the noise while retaining the detailed characteristics of the signal.
