PHYSICS CURRICULUM PATTERNS IN HIGH SCHOOL.
- Authors
Bila, John S.; Bligh, Harold F.
- Abstract
The article discusses some information that describes various aspects of the contemporary high school physics curriculum. In order to establish test norms which would be representative of the typical high school principals, department chairmen and teachers were contacted and asked to fill out questionnaires describing the curriculum patterns for physics. The actual testing involved in the standardization program consisted of the 100-item experimental version of the Dunning-Abeles Physics Test and the Otis Quick-Scoring Mental Ability Tests.
