- Abstract
Cardiac myxoma is the most common benign tumour of the heart. Patients with myxoma are usually asymptomatic, but may present with embolism, intracardiac obstruction, and constitutional symptoms. In most cases cardiac myxoma develop in the left atrium (60-80%) arising from the interatrial septum. But they can originate from any endocardial surface within the heart and rarely can be multiple. Neovascularization of myxomas by supplying vessels from the coronary arteries is rare and usually determined incidentaly at the time of coronary angiography. In this case, we presented firstly, an atypical myxoma case that appears as two separate masses in the left atrium and fed from the coronary artery.
