- Abstract
In preschool education in Mexico, the educational field of exploration and knowledge of the natural world is considered in the curriculum, with which it is sought to reinforce in the child his capacity to show curiosity and wonder, to explore the immediate environment, ask questions, and support him. to begin the process of recording information and to expand their knowledge of the world, an ideal situation for the introduction of sciences such as physics. However, there are some difficulties for preschool teachers to develop science topics in front of a group, some of these problems are the need for a methodological process that allows adequately expressing the concepts and the lack of economic resources in the educational system. education. With this background, a series of works aimed at training preschool teachers in physics issues have been developed from the postgraduate course in Educational Physics of the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico. This paper shows the main results of these training processes over different years and institutions, as well as the instruments derived in this regard.
