- Abstract
In order to conveniently and accurately obtain the effect of filler enhanced CRI system on the removal of antibiotic trace organic matter, and lay a foundation for the research on the resistance and control of antibiotic pollution, with sulfamethoxazole (SMX) as the research object, a simulation model of SMX migration in CRI system was established by using Hydrus-1D software on the basis of experimental research. According to the influence of the change of filler properties in CRI system on SMX removal, a formula for evaluating the quality of filler is given. The findings suggest that, two-site sorption model (TSM) can well simulate the penetration process of SMX in the leaching column, and the fitting determination coefficient R2 is 0.994 6. The TSM model can also accurately simulate the migration and transformation rule of SMX in the CRI system. The error between the simulation results and the results of the stratified water intake test is within 2%, and R2 is 0.998 3. The degradation coefficient of CRI system to SMX increases first and then decreases with the increase of system depth. With the increase of the saturated moisture content, residual moisture content, adsorption parameters and microbial degradation parameters of the CRI system, the SMX removal rate of the CRI system increases gradually, while the SMX removal rate of the CRI system is almost not affected by the longitudinal dispersion.
