- Abstract
The investigation was based on evaluating the web positioning of companies that provide hotel services starting from the analysis of the lifting and the lifting after earthquake 16A. Structured the research in three phases and through the deductive method we proceeded to evaluate the web presence from the categories of hotel companies, it was determined that 77% of companies are not represented on the website. In the second phase we performed the SEO audit was to measure the optimization level of the page through 23 metrics where in the quadrant overcome was represented by a total of 50% hits, the error quadrant a total of 22% hits and In the warning quadrant a total of 28% hits so these can be overcome with the assistance of specialist in the subject to improve the web positioning. The third phase was verified the level of customer traffic, the best evaluated was for House of the Sun representing 100% of social networks and Chirije with 89.34% of organic traffic, only 10.66% had a level of Social media representation; The other hotel companies are maintained with 100% in the organic traffic.
