Abstract
The article focuses on the evaluation of certain food additives by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA). It contains safety evaluations and specifications of various food additives and flavoring agents, as well as future work and recommendations related to these additives. It further aims to provide scientific assessments and guidelines for the safe use of food additives in the food industry and to protect public health.
