- Abstract
The aim of this study was to measure the impact of creative leadership on institutional performance. It was applied to the senior and middle leaders of MTN in Sudan Telecom. The study used the descriptive and historical analytical approach. The results revealed a positive correlation between the elements of personal and organizational leadership and organizational performance in four variables, including: human resources, finance, production and marketing. The results also showed that some of the elements of creative and personal leadership are applied. The study recommended giving due importance to creative leadership in the organizations as an urgent necessity imposed by today's reality, which is based on the principle of competition and effectiveness of performance to improve the image of the organization and support its position. Other recommendations included the need to work on refining the personal and organizational skills of leaders and working to develop the spirit of creativity and innovation. Proposals for future studies in the same field were also provided.
