- Abstract
The article presents a study on labelling with stable isotopes of the human histamine receptor which is prospected for the design of structure-based drug. It discusses the formulation of a cost-effective cell culture medium for the stable isotope labelling of the membrane proteins. Results suggest that the developed methodology provides cost-effective production opportunities through the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) that could possibly be used for rational drug design and proteomic tasks.
