- Abstract
The article presents a case report and a published work review on the nephrotic syndrome with minimal change nephropathy (MCD) as a result of insect bite. It states that a 31- year-old woman had experienced skin rash after sting by an unknown insect during travel 1 week before presentation with facial and ankle swelling. It concludes that several pathologies may occur after an insect bite, but few cases are biopsy-proven.
